What You’ll Be Doing

1. Market Mapping & Lead Generation

  • Identify manpower-supplying agencies and companies across target territories.

  • Build a steady pipeline of potential partners through field visits, referrals, and local networks.

  • Qualify leads based on performance potential and alignment with Vahan’s requirements.

2. Partner Acquisition & Activation

  • Pitch Vahan’s model effectively to prospective partners and close onboarding deals.

  • Drive aggressive month-on-month partner acquisition and activation targets.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and alignment with internal processes.

3. First-Month Success Ownership

  • Stay closely involved during the first 30 days post-onboarding to drive initial placements.

  • Identify early performance blockers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them quickly.

  • Hand over the partner to the farming team once stability and first-month targets are achieved.

4. Revenue & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate acquisition and conversion data in CRM dashboards.

  • Analyze funnel metrics (lead-to-onboard, onboard-to-active) and take corrective action to hit monthly goals.

  • Continuously explore new territories to expand Vahan’s supply footprint.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, partner acquisition, or manpower sourcing roles.

  • Proven track record of meeting aggressive acquisition and conversion targets.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-starter with a “chase-and-close” mindset, comfortable with field work and high-intensity targets.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and account management teams.
