Why this role exists

We’re building an AI-first, agenticproduct and we need a senior designer who can take workflows from messy toobvious. This is a hands-on role with full ownership across UX and UI. You’lllead design end-to-end, partner tightly with Product and Engineering, talk tocustomers often, and ship improvements weekly.

What you will do

• Own end-to-endproduct design across our core experiences: signals-to-action, scoring, agenticworkflows, AI-assisted messaging, reporting, configuration, and dense data UI.
• Drive discoveryand research: run customer interviews, usability tests, and rapid validation; synthesize insights into clear product direction.
• Prototype fast:explore multiple directions quickly, validate with users, and de-risk beforeengineering commits.
• Ship weekly: workclosely with Product and Engineering to scope, trade-offs, and deliverhigh-quality experiences at startup pace.
• Build and evolvethe design system in Figma: tokens, components, patterns, interactionstandards, accessibility, and usage guidance.
• Raise the bar oncraft: visual polish, interaction details, microcopy, and predictable UX acrossa complex product surface area.
• Help define ourAI product UX: how the agent behaves, how users steer it, where we showconfidence or uncertainty, and how we keep users in control.

What you bring

• 5+ yearsdesigning digital products (B2B SaaS strongly preferred).
• A portfolio showing shipped work with clear thinking, constraints, trade-offs, andoutcomes.
• Strong UXfundamentals: problem framing, flows, IA, research, testing, iteration.
• Strong UI craftfor information-rich products: hierarchy, density, typography, layout systems, component discipline.
• Comfort designingAI-assisted and agentic workflows (or a strong point of view on how to do itwell).
• Confidenceoperating as the primary designer: setting standards, creating clarity, andpushing quality without heavy process.
• Excellentcommunication in English, written and spoken.

How we work across time zones

Europe-friendly hours with thoughtfuloverlap. Mornings are great for deep work and EU collaboration. Late afternoonsare used for leadership syncs, Sales/CS touchpoints, and many customerinterviews with US-based users. We plan calendars to keep the cadencesustainable.
