Stitch is a payments infrastructure company on a mission to make it easier for enterprise businesses to connect to the financial system and build better experiences for their customers.
We are expanding the team to enable Stitch to broaden our product offering and extend our geographical footprint.
Role: As a contract Content Designer, you’ll partner with our marketing team to create engaging and visually attractive assets for the Stitch Blog, social media platforms, presentations, industry reports and events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall
- Creating design assets and ensuring they are in line with our brand guidelines and receive sign-off from our design leads
- Working closely with the content marketing manager to maintain a clear understanding of the upcoming content design pipeline and deadlines
- Supporting our design team with presentation design for commercial team leads
- Developing design ideas to improve the presence and quality of content across all channels
2. Content
- Creating bespoke imagery and motion graphic content for LinkedIn, Instagram and blog posts, incl. product mock-ups, infographics and flow charts
- Creating visual content to be used in blog posts
- Designing the Stitch monthly email newsletter
- Data visualisation and layout of reports for Stitch’s primary research and industry trends
- Ensuring consistency of style across the content produced for marketing channels
3. Events
- Collaborating on design concepts for themes of internal and external events
- Producing digital and printed collateral for events, including microsites, promotional communications, presentations, merchandise, and the preparation of final, print-ready artwork
3. Sales
- Creating Figma prototypes demonstrating the integration of Stitch’s products in clients’ and prospective clients’ UI
- Pitch decks and sales presentations
Requirements
- Have a portfolio that demonstrates beautiful craft and strong attention to detail
- Have experience working as a designer within a fast-paced, commercial setting. Experience in designing for B2B brands is a bonus.
- Have experience working with and taking direction from other specialists such as marketing managers, writers, strategic thinkers and designers
- Be proficient in: Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Have good working knowledge of motion design applications like Adobe After Effects

Expected hours
You should be able to spend up to 20 hours per week on Stitch-related work. To ensure flexibility and accommodate the necessary feedback loops, it is recommended that this time be spread across the work week.
You will also be required to attend a weekly design review (virtual) wherein you will have the opportunity to present your work to the team for feedback, as well as provide feedback on the work of other designers in the team.
