We serve thousands of creators—from personal trainers and yoga instructors to runners and college athletes—including some of the biggest names in the industry like Nick Bare and Mackenzie Wells. We're a fast-moving, remote-first team backed by $17M from investors who built companies like CAA, Uber, Product Hunt, and Giphy.

The Role

You'll partner directly with the COO to build Playbook's sales function from zero to one. This is a highly impactful, execution-first role where you'll be our sales closer—prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with creators who can transform their businesses on Playbook.

This isn't a role about managing a team or polishing decks (today). It's about doing the work yourself—running outbound campaigns, digging through databases to find your next high-value creator, jumping on calls, and closing deals. You should be equally comfortable crafting cold emails, navigating CRMs, and having strategic business conversations with six and seven-figure creators.

As you prove the model and drive real revenue, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Build and manage outreach campaigns to high-value fitness and wellness creators

  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and strategic partnership conversations

  • Hunt for and qualify target creators across databases and networks

  • Close deals and hit revenue targets

  • Refine our sales playbook based on what actually works in the field

What We're Looking For

  • Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota

  • Deep knowledge of the creator economy and how creators monetize

  • Hands-on execution mindset—you're scrappy, move fast, and aren't above doing the grunt work

  • Strong understanding of fitness and wellness industry (networks, influencers, business models)

  • Comfortable being a swiss army knife—building lists one day, closing a major creator the next

Nice to Have

  • Personal network in the fitness/wellness creator space

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS, marketplace products, or high ticket coaching

  • Background at creator economy or subscription platforms
