The Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Paid Search & AI Platforms to own one of our most revenue-critical acquisition channels: Google, Microsoft, and the next generation of AI-driven discovery platforms.
This is not a traditional paid search management role. It is a senior-level individual contributor position designed for someone who wants to become a deep subject matter expert in auction-based media, AI-driven bidding systems, and the evolving intersection of search and LLM-powered discovery. You will have full ownership of strategy, experimentation, and performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - including Performance Max, Demand Gen, Search, and emerging AI-native formats - with direct revenue accountability.
Search is rapidly shifting toward automation, AI-generated results, conversational interfaces, and visual-first formats. We need someone who wants to go deep, move fast, and build a durable acquisition engine inside that change.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads performance across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, Video, and emerging AI-driven formats.
- Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy for Paid Search & AI Platforms, anticipating platform shifts such as AI Overviews, LLM-driven discovery, and increasing automation.
- Design and run structured experimentation roadmaps across bidding strategy, creative systems, audience segmentation, and landing experience.
- Architect AI-informed bidding and signal strategies that improve efficiency while scaling revenue.
- Analyze auction dynamics, search query trends, automation changes, and competitive shifts to proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with creative teams to build performance-driven creative systems (video, image, UGC) that support modern campaign types.
- Collaborate with analytics to ensure clean tracking, attribution clarity, and accurate revenue measurement.
- Evaluate and test emerging paid placements within AI-native and conversational environments as they become available.
- Build internal documentation and best practices, serving as the company’s SME on Search & AI Platforms.
- Own with curiosity, humility, and a bias for action.
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of experience owning paid search or performance media with clear revenue accountability (agency or in-house).
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Smart Bidding, and signal strategy.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Ads and cross-platform strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to build structured experimentation frameworks, not just incremental optimizations.
- Strong understanding of automation-heavy campaign environments and how to influence AI-driven bidding systems.
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience with attribution models, blended CAC, LTV considerations, and incrementality.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with creative and analytics teams.
- Clear desire to operate as a high-impact individual contributor and build deep domain expertise in search and AI-driven acquisition.
