We're currently seeking a Senior Account Executive, Biddable Media & Paid Search to join our fast-growing paid media and integrated marketing team at Prosek. We are looking for a motivated and driven biddable media expert who specializes in paid search and possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing to bring campaigns to life for our financial and professional services clients. What you'll be doing:

  • Work as a member of integrated client teams to drive biddable media programs for our clients with a focus on paid search
  • Develop, execute, and optimize Google Search campaigns, serving as the day-to-day internal contact across search campaigns
  • Manage biddable media campaign budgets effectively, optimizing bids, and allocating budget across different campaigns and ad groups to maximize ROI
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords, long-tail keywords, and negative keywords to improve campaign targeting and efficiency
  • Plan and execute A/B tests for ad creatives/copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies for improving campaign performance
  • Conduct in-depth research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities and constant optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Set up and configure conversion tracking mechanisms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and use insights from conversion data to optimize campaigns for better performance
  • Proactively flag opportunities and risks for clients in a timely matter
  • Stay informed about industry changes, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid search, and integrate these insights into the overall strategy & share both internally & externally

What do you bring to the table?

Biddable Media & Paid Search Acumen

  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in creating, optimizing, and managing Google Search campaigns
  • Deep understanding of paid search and the biddable media ecosystem and related best practices
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with paid media tools like DV360 / Stackadapt, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, or similar
  • Familiarity with various PPC management tools and platforms such as SEMrush and others to streamline campaign management processes and enhance performance
  • Proficiency in keyword research, ad copywriting, budget management, A/B testing, and conversion tracking and optimization.
  • A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in the paid search landscape, and implementing relevant strategies to adapt to changes and stay ahead of the competition.

What makes you qualified:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine marketing (SEM) platforms
  • Prior agency experience is strongly preferred, specifically working within B2B marketing and/or regulated fields such as financial, healthcare, legal or other professional services
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a data related field
  • Preferred certifications such as Google Ads certifications (Google Ads Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Display Advertising, etc.) demonstrate a high level of expertise and commitment to the field

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
