The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will manage Jewelry Services marketing initiatives including the development of strategies, tactics and execution of projects that support the short- and long-term strategies related to the Jewelry Services business (jewelry repair, custom design, warranties, insurance, appraisals, new revenue streams and more).

This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing initiatives including multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive demand for our jewelry services.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business goals and objectives, including brand positioning, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Identify opportunities and create strategies and tactics to increase market share for new and existing Jewelry Services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including influencers, content creators, as well as through PR efforts to amplify our branded services capabilities and expand our reach.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, scheduling, and performance tracking. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Develop creative briefs, manage creative agency projects, and traffic creative assets to paid media vendors and channel partners. Creative asset development includes but is not limited to paid social, display, OLV, web, email, and SMS.
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of new and existing campaigns, contribute to the content development for target consumers, translate performance of demand generation campaigns to leadership, and continuously develop new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer’s journey in order to optimize conversion rates.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Acceptable Job-Related Experience: 5 + years in demand generation, integrated, or performance marketing in B2C retail environment

Technical/Other Skills: Highly proficient in a variety of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and can create both verbally and visually engaging branding materials, reports, and effective presentations

The salary range for this opportunity is $75,000 – $85,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
