GRAV is a collection of people who share a common love for the cannabis plant. We think of this community as our family. We pay homage to the plant and to those who have brought this culture to life. Our family was born in 2004 and comes out of the subculture of cannabis outlaws and glass blowers. We are the cannabis culture and the cannabis culture is us. Like cannabis culture itself, there is no single narrative to who GRAV is.

We are looking for individuals from all backgrounds to help us build a product that serves everyone.

What You'll Do:

  • -Placing a high volume of outreach calls each day- Coordinating email outreach campaigns to targeted segments
  • Being well-versed in GRAV’s catalog, policies, upcoming product launches, and industry standing
  • Negotiating sustainable order criteria within guidelines established by the VP of Revenue
  • Collecting all necessary information for doing business with the account before relaying to AM
  • Keep detailed notes about outreach attempts so as not to duplicate efforts
  • Contribute meaningfully to regular Sales Org meetings
  • Participate in trade shows (minimum of 2 weeks of travel per year)

Who You Are:

  • - Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Strong closing and prospecting skills
  • Ambitious self-starter motivated to surpass expectations
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Brightpearl or similar ERP, CRM (SalesHub preferred), including reporting and customer record maintenance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with the discovery process, mirroring, and identifying pain points
  • Familiarity with the cannabis industry a plus

Salary

  • Base: 45k
  • OTE: 55-60k
