About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, versatile Operations professional to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of people, finance, and systems—helping the business run smoothly as we scale. You’ll work directly with leadership across departments, reporting directly to the CEO, to build structure, improve processes, and keep the company operating at its best.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboarding & HR Management: Coordinate onboarding for new hires, maintain HR systems and compliance, and support employee experience initiatives.
  • Financial Operations & Modeling: Partner with Finance and Leadership to manage vendor payments, expense tracking, and create financial models for forecasting and planning.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track company performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across HR, finance, and internal operations to support scaling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to ensure operational alignment and data consistency across the company.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, HR, or finance—ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills.
  • Comfort working with systems and tools (e.g., Notion, Gusto, Ramp, QuickBooks, Airtable).
  • Excellent organization and communication skills—you’re the person who keeps things moving.
  • A bias toward action: resourceful, scrappy, and comfortable building from 0→1.

Work Setup

Hybrid role based in New York City, with an office in Dumbo, Brooklyn.

Compensation
