The Role:

We're looking for a Content Specialist to own Mary's creative output and build a content engine native to the platforms our audience lives on.

We need native, platform-first video and static content that gives Mary real mental availability, and someone with the creative flair to make Mary genuinely fun to follow. You'll work directly with our Growth Lead and a team that is serious about content as a growth driver. This is a Sydney-based, in-office role.

What You'll Do:

  • Take a concept and run with it. You'll turn a single idea into 50 video and static variations without requiring much guidance
  • Create content native to the platforms that matter across paid and organic social
  • Build for the full content continuum, from lo-fi, scrappy UGC through to polished, out-of-home-grade work
  • Feed our discoverability in the AI era including long-form YouTube and Reddit
  • Bring the Mary brand to life across everything you make, telling one story in many different ways
  • Use AI tools to amplify your output and move fast

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to turn a single concept into a flood of output across video and static, native to each platform, without losing the thread of the idea
  • Creative range from scrappy, lo-fi UGC to polished, finished work depending on what the moment calls for
  • Ability to think in stories rather than just assets: you start from a brief, a USP, or a category entry point and find five different ways to tell the story
  • Sound understanding of what works on each platform and create for that specifically
  • A "doer" who is happiest owning production end-to-end
  • Current knowledge about what is landing across social at any given time
  • High energy, high potential, and AI-native, including evidence of utilising AI tools to amplify your output and move faster
