About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to own and execute our marketing strategy across social media, content, digital, events, and partnerships. We are growing rapidly and soon expanding globally. We need someone to work with our Head of Marketing to execute the marketing strategy and be a hands-on doer, comfortable creating best-in-class campaigns, managing external partners, and optimising for results. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of marketing at an early-stage company and directly shape how our brand grows.

What You'll Do

Your goal is to create and execute marketing content to drive awareness, trust and generate leads - to ultimately drive revenue.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Paid & Organic Social Media Marketing – Create innovative & creative content to drive leads, build brand awareness and spark conversations on social media.
• Content Marketing – Develop, publish, and distribute high-value content (blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, thought leadership).
• Events – Support the coordination of both virtual and in-person events, webinars, and community activations.
• Partnership Marketing – Identify and nurture partnerships that expand our reach and amplify our message.
• Website Management – Manage updates, content, and performance of the website.
• SEO Management - Work with our SEO agency to fulfil SEO requirements

About You

• Sydney-based.
• You have 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in startups, tech, or B2B SaaS.
• Degree or qualifications in Business or Marketing
• You’re a self-starter with agency: proactive, resourceful, and confident making decisions.
• You’re a creative, lead generation whizz
• Excellent copywriter
• You’re social media savvy and understand how to build brands and communities online.
• You’ve driven measurable results with content and digital campaigns.
• You’re comfortable managing agencies and external partners.
