About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Success Associate to own post-sale success for our law-firm customers using Mary. You’ll manage onboarding, training, adoption, and expansion across small, mid, and enterprise firms, working closely with Product, AI/Engineering, and Sales to turn customer goals into outcomes for them.
This is a hands-on role: you’ll manage customers on the daily, co-create success plans, and build repeatable playbooks. You will be using product usage data, regular customer conversations, and tight feedback loops with users and the product team to improve retention and drive expansion. The ultimate goal here is to help our customers work faster, easier, and better.
