Who we're looking for

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with our development team, including a product lead, engineers, and external stakeholders (lawyers), to create a game-changing product that reinvents legal workflows. This role will be instrumental in developing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for cutting-edge legal tech solutions. This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to take on more responsibility as a UI/UX designer and be very close to problem discovery all the way to solution implementation and iteration.

Responsible for mapping the UX across the platform, you will gain a deep understanding of how our product integrates into a lawyer's workflow and design processes that support legal activities. A significant part of this role involves continuously engaging in solution discovery, implementation, and iteration to ensure the product effectively addresses the problem areas identified by the product lead, both before and after implementation. You will critically evaluate how new features integrate into the platform, ensuring seamless UC, scalability and flexibility.

What will you be responsible for?

• Conduct and analyse user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience.
• Lead and facilitate internal design workshops to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, maintaining a component-based design system for consistency and scalability.
• Design and implement experiments and user testing to continuously validate and improve design solutions.
• Stay updated with UX trends and methodologies, particularly within the AI space, to enhance design processes.
