About the role
We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator, someone who is hungry, fast, creative, and platform-native. This isn't a tick-box role. You'll own our content creation end-to-end across Instagram and TikTok, creating content that not only looks great but drives results.
You'll be part of a small, fast-moving team where your output is visible, your ideas matter, and there's real room to grow.
This role is 70% creation / 30% strategy, ideal for someone who’s both hands-on with production and actively thinking about how to grow a brand through content.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full content cycle, film, edit, and publish short-form content for Instagram and TikTok, taking ownership of quality and performance.
- Capture and create, showcase the brand, product, and team moments in an authentic, engaging way; confident being on camera.
- Engage the community, help grow our social channels by replying to comments, reposting stories, and building relationships with creators and followers.
- Execute and evolve strategy, align with the wider marketing plan while ensuring every piece of content fits our brand identity and voice.
- Analyse and optimise, use performance data to understand what works, improve future content, and share learnings with the team.
- Collaborate creatively, work closely with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars and brainstorm new ideas.

Experience & skills
- 1-2 years creating social content in a professional setting, ideally within a fast-growing brand or startup. (not just personal channels)
- Strong short-form content creation skills, confident filming, framing, capturing engaging footage and publishing content
- Skilled in video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile tools)
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok platform behaviours and trends, what performs and why
- Analytical mindset, you use performance data to improve, learn and optimise next steps
- Up to date with internet culture and platform trends
- Commercial awareness, you understand that social creativity should also drive brand consideration and sales
- Confident on camera, comfortable filming yourself and directing the team
