Account Manager - Corporate Growth
Everlab is pioneering the next era of healthcare – proactive, personalised and accessible to all.
We usually respond within a week
Everlab is an Australian healthtech startup building the platform to look after people's health for their entire lives. It's not just an app, it's the infrastructure to connect every available healthcare service, give people comprehensive data on their health, and deliver truly personalised care.
We achieved 23x revenue growth in CY2025 following our Seed round of $15m in June 2025, making this an exciting time to join our Corporate Growth team. We're giving Australians access to health services they've never had before – through their employer. From diagnostic imaging to pathology to personalised care, it all comes together in one place.
The opportunity
As Everlab’s first Account Manager, you’ll set the direction for how we manage our growing client base, including high profile blue chip companies.
You'll own relationships across our enterprise, mid-market and SME portfolio, driving utilisation, retention and expansion across a client base that's scaling fast.
You'll work closely with senior sales leaders to develop the strategy and build the playbooks, making this a rare chance to have real influence over how a high-growth healthtech company takes its product to market.
The role
You'll serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for each client, spanning the full client lifecycle:
Build and maintain deep relationships across HR, People & Culture, benefits leads, and executive sponsors.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess program health, utilisation and ROI – proactively address risks to engagement or renewal.
Drive licence adoption by partnering with clients on launch strategies and engagement campaigns.
Leverage cohort-level health insights to deepen engagement and demonstrate platform value.
Identify and close expansion opportunities, additional licences, new business units and tier upgrades.
Drive referrals and warm introductions from your existing client base.
Represent the voice of the client internally, feeding insights back to product, clinical, and marketing teams.
How success is measured:
Retention: Client renewal rate and licence utilisation across your portfolio.
Growth: Expansion revenue, upsell opportunities closed and new licences added per quarter.
The north star: Net Revenue Retention (NRR), which ties it all together.
What you'll bring
5+ years in account management, customer success or a similar client-facing role, ideally in B2B health, benefits, HR tech or SaaS.
A proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio of accounts.
Strong commercial acumen - you understand how to frame ROI and build a business case.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all seniority levels.
Highly organised with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio without dropping the ball.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and a data-driven approach to managing your book of business.
Genuine passion for health, preventive medicine and making a difference in people's lives.
Beyond the technical skills, we're looking for someone who is:
Truth-seeking: You care about understanding what's actually working for your clients, not just what's easiest to report. You push for the real picture and act on it.
Relentlessly resourceful: You find ways to make things happen with limited resources, anticipate obstacles, and deliver results quickly while able to balance trade offs with quality.
A creative problem-solver: We're at an early stage, so the way we work isn't set in stone. You care about outcomes over activity and you'll challenge or rebuild a process if there's a better way to get there.
An incredible teammate: You communicate with kindness, give and receive direct feedback well and care more about the team winning than being right.
An owner: You're motivated by what's best for clients long-term, never say "that's not my job", and take initiative to find new ways to move our mission forward.

About Everlab
Everlab is on a mission to build the future of preventive health — empowering people to take control of their wellbeing before problems arise.
Everlab is an early stage HealthTech startup that recently announced a $15m Seed stage round, building tech-enabled healthcare that improves and extends quality of life using cutting-edge medical research and technology. Our products design and coach our members through personalised risk-management and health-optimisation protocols over months and years to measurably improve lives.
Our founding team is experienced in the Medical industry including the preventative health specialist who founded Australia’s first full-body MRI clinic, to serial entrepreneurs that have scaled unicorns and have $500m+ in exits.
Our mission is to solve high-impact problems in healthcare that have never been tackled before, which isn’t easy. We look for people that are excited by this mission and the challenges they bring as our team is driven to solve these problems together.
Our team is hybrid with 2-3 days a week in office, within the CBD of the job's posted location.
