We are building a game-changing business in the Information Security Compliance space and are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong focus on user research. You will play a key role in understanding our users, shaping the product strategy, and translating insights into simple, delightful, and impactful user experiences.
Our humble expectations
Lead and own user research across the product, from foundational and generative research to evaluative usability testing.
Translate complex workflows and regulatory concepts into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.
Define clear problem statements and opportunity areas based on research insights and product goals.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that influence product decisions and priorities.
Design end-to-end user experiences, from early concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
Work fluently with our design system, contributing improvements and creating new components when the experience requires it.
Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure solutions are feasible, user-centered, and high-quality.
Establish and evolve our research practice, creating lightweight, scalable frameworks for continuous discovery.
Advocate for the user across the company and ensure research meaningfully shapes the roadmap and strategy.
What you bring
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with research playing a central role in your work.
Strong hands-on experience with user interviews, usability testing, and qualitative research, plus comfort working with data.
A portfolio that clearly shows research-driven decisions, not just polished UI.
High proficiency with Figma, including design systems, components, prototyping, and collaboration workflows.
The ability to balance craft and pragmatism, knowing when to go deep and when to move fast.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Experience designing web products or enterprise SaaS is a strong plus.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
