GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Sales Representative answers inbound chat and phone enquiries and makes outbound follow up contact to support Axo Longevity's sales operations, in a manner that stays within the plan's approved scope for health and testing information and achieves agreed sales and response time objectives.
ABOUT AXO LONGEVITY
Axo Longevity is a longevity and biomarker testing membership company operating across multiple markets, including the UK, Netherlands, Spain and Peru. Members get a core blood panel, add on panels and ongoing guidance through membership tiers (Discovery, Care and Elite).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing Axo members contacting the company with general enquiries, concerns or requests for information about panels, pricing, logistics and membership.
Develop a general understanding of all member facing materials, pricing and product communications, and be prepared to respond appropriately to follow up conversations.
Answer inbound live chat and phone enquiries and place outbound follow up contact, in Spanish and English, working directly with prospects to accurately and completely answer questions involving Axo's panels, add ons, membership tiers and market specific logistics.
Follow established guidelines and resources to respond to enquiries and resolve concerns in an accurate, timely, professional and culturally competent manner.
Qualify prospects, recommend the appropriate core panel and add ons, and close the sale.
Educate prospects on what each panel covers and how the testing process works in their market, in a manner that achieves excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction.
Recognise requests that fall outside the approved scope, including requests for medical interpretation or advice, and escalate them in accordance with established guidelines.
Use listening skills and judgment to appropriately categorise and accurately document all contacts, stage changes and follow up actions in the CRM in accordance with established guidelines.
Appropriately handle prospect requests arriving through alternative channels such as email, WhatsApp and social media direct messages, in accordance with established procedures.
Triage and route non sales enquiries to CX, Lab Ops or Product.
Hand each closed sale over to CX and Lab Ops so that onboarding, booking and the first draw proceed without gaps.
Attend and actively participate in daily, weekly and monthly team meetings, training and coaching sessions.
Identify recurring objections, pricing friction, product gaps and market specific blockers, and report relevant information to management.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required or desired.
Minimum one year and up to three years of experience in a sales role, preferably within longevity, diagnostics, health testing or a comparable consumer health service.
Prior experience in customer support, and familiarity with biomarkers, blood draws, test panels and related terminology.
Fully bilingual Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators by participating in and achieving the standards of Axo's sales quality and response time targets.
Working knowledge of and the ability to efficiently operate all applicable software, including a CRM such as Attio, Pipedrive or Close, and the collaboration tools used by the team, including Slack and Claude Cowork.
Experience with Intercom or a comparable live chat and helpdesk platform.
Ability to type with above average speed and a high level of accuracy, as most selling takes place in live chat.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to express oneself clearly and concisely when serving prospective and existing Axo members over live chat, on the telephone or in writing.
Strong work organisation and hygiene, including accurate record keeping and reliable follow up within established timeframes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling member health and payment information.
Ability to work CET hours.
COMPENSATION AND TERMS
Contractor engagement to start, with the option to convert to full time.
Commission on sales.
