About Axo
Axo Longevity is a premium longevity and performance membership platform live and growing across Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Ireland, and Peru. We're building the brand people trust with the most personal thing they have: how long and how well they live. Dark green, lime accents, Apple-level polish, and a product earning trust across multiple languages and regulatory environments every day.
We're a seed-stage company that's already past launch and scaling fast. That means real traction, real budget, and zero bureaucracy. You'd be joining the founding leadership layer and reporting directly to the Co-Founder and Chief Product & Growth Officer.
The role
This is not a "manage the agency" job. You will personally architect, run, and scale the full acquisition-to-conversion engine across six live markets. You own the number.
Full-funnel ownership (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). You design the funnel end to end: how strangers discover Axo, how prospects build trust in a category where trust is everything, and how members convert and stay. Every stage has an owner, and it's you.
Conversion rate optimization. You live in the data. Landing page tests, pricing page experiments, checkout flow friction, localized messaging by market. You know that a 0.4pt lift in BOFU conversion beats a 20% increase in ad spend, and you can prove it.
Paid media. You run Meta as a craft, not a checkbox. Campaign structure, value rules, country-level bid strategies, CAPI-powered signal quality, creative testing velocity. You've managed meaningful budgets across multiple geos and can articulate exactly why your account structure looks the way it does.
Growth modeling. You build the models that tell us where to put the next euro. CAC by market, LTV by cohort, payback curves, channel mix scenarios, blended vs. incremental. Your forecasts are something the founders can plan headcount around.
Creative analytics. You treat creative as a quantitative discipline. You live in Motion (or equivalent), and metrics like thumb-stop ratio, hook rate, hold rate, and CTR-by-creative-concept are how you decide what gets more budget and what gets killed. You run creative testing as a system: naming conventions, iteration trees, winner-scaling playbooks. When a campaign fatigues, you diagnose whether it's the hook, the offer, or the audience before touching the bid.
UGC and creator-led content. You build and run our UGC engine: sourcing creators, briefing within our brand system, testing hooks, and turning ambassador content into our highest-performing ad inventory. You know why a lo-fi testimonial outperforms a polished brand video and when the opposite is true.
Growth motions. You understand the difference between paid-led, content-led, community-led, and partner-led motions, and you know how to sequence them for a premium subscription product at different stages of market maturity. You won't run the Peru playbook in Germany, and you know a market in month two needs a different mix than one in month twelve.
What you'll work with
Analytics and attribution: GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, Triple Whale
Creative analytics: Motion, Superscale
AI tooling: Claude, Replit, and a growing agentic stack. We expect you to use AI as leverage daily
Lifecycle: Customer.io
CRM and support: Central (tryCentral), Zendesk, Attio, or similar
Web: Webflow, localized per market
Payments: Stripe
Ads: Meta as the core engine, plus Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat, with room to expand channels you make the case for
We're an AI-forward team. Our stack is wired into agentic workflows, and we expect you to use leverage, not headcount, as the default answer.
You're probably a fit if
- You've owned a growth number at a B2C subscription or membership company, ideally health, wellness, fitness, or another trust-sensitive category
- You've scaled growth across multiple international markets simultaneously and have scars from localization, currency, and consent compliance to show for it
- You're hands-on in Meta Ads Manager this week, not three jobs ago
- * You're hands-on in Google Tag Manager, you can code and create agents by yourself.
- You can build a growth model in a spreadsheet from a blank tab and defend every assumption
- You've run a creator or UGC program that produced winning paid creative, not just organic vanity metrics
- You're fluent in creative analytics: you can pull up Motion and explain why one hook holds attention past three seconds and another doesn't
- You've worked at seed or Series A stage before and know the difference between owning a number with a lean budget and managing one with a big team
- You're fluent in GDPR-aware acquisition: consent-first funnels, first-party data strategy, server-side tracking
- You speak Spanish. Non-negotiable, since two of our markets and a large share of our members live in it
- You understand European market nuances: payment preferences, consent culture, ad platform behavior, and why a message that converts in Madrid can fall flat in Munich
- Bonus: German, Dutch, or other European languages, LATAM market experience, or a personal obsession with longevity
What success looks like
90 days: Funnel instrumented and baselined across all six markets, paid media restructured under a coherent account architecture, creative reporting cadence live in Motion, first CRO test cycle shipped
6 months: A working growth model the leadership team trusts, UGC engine producing your top ad creative, CAC trending down while volume trends up across the portfolio
12 months: Axo is the most efficiently acquired membership in its category in at least two markets, and you've earned the team to scale it
How we work
Small, senior, direct. We share context obsessively, default to written thinking, and measure output, not hours. You'll have real ownership, real budget authority, and a founder counterpart who speaks growth natively and will go deep with you on strategy without micromanaging execution.
