On the clinical side, we have the guidance of a top level sports Dr. Niko Mihic(Real Madrid FC medical supervisor) and Andy Walshe, phd (ex Redbull high performance), plus a growing waitlist of performance-driven members, beta users and creator partners.

Role Overview
You will own two major growth engines:
Influencer / Creator Partnerships
B2B2C Partnerships
Your job is simple:
Put Axo in front of the right high-performance communities and turn those audiences into members.
This role requires someone who understands distribution, not just marketing.
Scope of Work
- Creator & Influencer Partnerships
Build Axo’s global creator network in health, fitness, longevity, entrepreneurship, and performance.
Responsibilities include:
• Identify and recruit creators aligned with Axo’s mission
• Negotiate creator deals and long-term partnerships
• Manage the Axo creator affiliate program
• Coordinate UGC creation and content collaboration
• Turn top creators into brand ambassadors
Goal:
Build a creator-driven acquisition engine.
- B2B2C Strategic Partnerships
Develop partnerships with organizations that already serve Axo’s ideal customer.
Examples include:
• Longevity clinics
• Sports medicine clinics
• Wellness centers
• High-end gyms
• Performance coaches
• Nutritionists
• Biohacking labs
• Corporate wellness programs
• Sports academies
Responsibilities:
• Identify and source potential partners
• Structure referral / revenue-share deals
• Onboard partners to sell Axo memberships
• Develop co-marketing campaigns
• Build repeatable partnership playbooks
Goal:
Turn trusted health and performance institutions into Axo distribution channels.
- Community Distribution
Identify and embed Axo inside high-performance communities.
Examples:
• Biohacking communities
• endurance sports communities
• founder networks
• executive health groups
• longevity conferences
Goal:
Make Axo the default longevity platform for these communities.
Success Metrics
You will be measured on:
• Creator-driven revenue
• Partnership-driven revenue
• Number of active partners
• Cost per acquisition from partnerships
• Creator ROI
Ideal Candidate
