Open Submission / Future Roles at Axo
Axo Longevity
Barcelona, Spain · Remote
Location: Remote (anywhere)
We’re always looking for sharp, mission-obsessed people who want to help build the operating system for human performance and longevity - Even if there isn’t a perfect role live on our careers page right now.
This is our Open Submission for people who look at Axo Longevity and think:
“I don’t see my exact title here, but I know I could add real value.”
You might come from growth, product, design, engineering, data, operations, partnerships, clinical, or something we haven’t even thought of yet. What matters most is that you’re:
Obsessed with building, not just talking
Comfortable in a fast, scrappy, early-stage environment
Excited about longevity, performance, and healthspan, and treating people like athletes, not patients
You’ll be considered for current and future roles depending on your skills, seniority, and interests – including opportunities to design a role around your strengths when the timing is right.
What You Bring
Not every box needs to be checked, but this is the vibe:
You have strong craft in at least one area (growth, product, design, data, engineering, ops, partnerships, clinical, etc.) and can show real outcomes, not just responsibilities.
You’re excited by early-stage chaos: few layers, big swings, clear ownership, lots of learning.
You are data-inclined: you might not be a data scientist, but you care about metrics, experiments, and evidence.
You communicate clearly and directly, and you’re comfortable giving and receiving sharp feedback.
You’re AI-native or AI-curious: you either already use AI to augment your work or are hungry to learn.
You’re energized by the idea of changing how people interact with their health – making elite-level performance and prevention accessible.
You work well in international, multi-timezone, multicultural teams (we’re active across Europe and LATAM, with global ambitions).
Excellent English (written & spoken). Spanish, German or Dutch are a plus, but not mandatory.
How to Apply
When you submit, help us understand where you can plug in by sharing:
A short note on who you are and why Axo specifically
The type of work you want to own (and what you don’t want to do)
Links to anything that shows your craft: portfolio / GitHub / case studies / campaigns / decks / writing / code / dashboards
Your location and work preferences (remote, hybrid, freelance, full-time)
If we see a fit - now or in the near future - we’ll reach out to explore where your skills and our roadmap intersect and shape a path together.
