We’re always looking for sharp, mission-obsessed people who want to help build the operating system for human performance and longevity - Even if there isn’t a perfect role live on our careers page right now.

The Role
We’re looking for a Growth & Creative Intern who wants to learn how a real startup works from the inside – not just bring coffee and sit in meetings.

You’ll support growth, creative, and operations across Axo: helping us launch campaigns, prepare content, keep our systems organized, and make sure experiments actually ship. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth, Creative Director, and founding team, and see how strategy turns into execution day to day.

This is a hands-on internship: some days you’ll be helping set up email campaigns or Meta assets, others you’ll be preparing UGC briefs, cleaning spreadsheets, or QA’ing landing pages and flows.

What You’ll Do

Growth & Marketing Support

Help prepare and organize paid campaign assets (ad copy, creatives, UGC files, tracking links).

Assist in setting up and QA’ing email/newsletter sends, basic automations, and landing pages.

Do light desk research on markets, competitors, creators, or communities we may want to partner with.

Content & Creative Support

Support the Creative Director and copywriter with content calendars, asset naming, and file organization.

Help coordinate UGC and creators: collecting content, tracking deliverables, organizing footage/stills.

Prepare simple visual assets using templates (e.g., resizing images, basic social posts) – if you have design skills, even better.

Data, Ops & Admin

Keep our spreadsheets, Notion pages, and trackers clean and up to date (campaign logs, creator lists, experiment results).

Help with reporting: exporting data from tools, organizing it, and highlighting basic trends.

Support operational tasks related to labs, logistics, or customer touchpoints as needed (e.g., documenting FAQs, tagging tickets).

AI & Tools

Use AI tools (including Axo’s stack and ChatGPT) to speed up writing, research, and organization.

Help us document playbooks and checklists so the next intern (or teammate) can move faster.

What You Bring

You don’t need to be “finished” - that’s the point of an internship. But you should have:

Current student or recent grad in Marketing, Business, Design, Data, Communications, or similar – or a strong reason why this role fits your path.

Clear interest in at least one of these areas:

Growth/marketing (paid, email, social, content)

Design/creative (visuals, content, storytelling)

Data/ops (spreadsheets, dashboards, making things run smoothly)

Comfort with basic tools: Google Docs/Sheets, Notion (or similar), and at least one of: Figma, Canva, or a simple email/CRM tool.

Very organized and detail-oriented - you notice when something is off or missing.

Willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and iterate fast.

You’re curious about longevity, performance, and healthspan and like the idea of helping people live better, longer.

Strong written and spoken English. Spanish or German is a plus.

What You’ll Learn

During this internship, you’ll get exposure to:

How a real early-stage startup operates across growth, product, and ops.

How to plan, launch, and measure campaigns across channels.

How to work with UGC, creators, and performance creatives.

How to use AI and modern tools to work faster and smarter.

How a small, focused team builds something meaningful in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.

If you’re hungry to learn, not afraid of doing the unsexy work, and want a front-row seat to building a premium longevity brand, we’d love to hear from you.
