We are looking for a client-centered professional that focuses on revenue expansion by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships through data-driven strategies, upselling, and retention efforts. They bridge marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize customer journeys, identify new market opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand the customer base as well as upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients while fostering long-term, high-value relationships.
  • Customer Onboarding: Support new clients with appointment scheduling, account setup, and initial consultations to ensure a smooth start.
  • Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients — addressing questions, providing guidance on each step of their program, and resolving any operational or service-related issues. Journey Communication: Keep clients informed at every stage — from scheduling and testing to results and follow-ups
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer metrics, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize ROI and predict trends.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively secure new business through networking, events and tailored proposals.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2+ years in account management, sales, or client strategy.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities (using tools like CRM, Attio or similar), negotiation capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Mindset: Results-driven with a focus on high-impact growth experiments.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Retention Rate.
  • SLAs, TMOs other associated sales KPIs.
  • Revenue Growth Rate (Upsell/Cross-sell).
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Conversion Rates (CR).
