Axis is looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2B Enterprise Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and building long-term business relationships.

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, present innovative fintech solutions, and manage the sales journey from prospecting to closing. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new enterprise and corporate sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored Axis solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning solutions.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
  • Commercial mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in fintech, banking, SaaS, technology, digital payments, or financial services.
  • Existing network with enterprise customers or corporate clients.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
  • Experience selling to HR, Finance, Operations, or Commercial leaders.
