Axis is looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2B Enterprise Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and building long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new enterprise and corporate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored Axis solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning solutions.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Commercial mindset with strong business acumen.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fintech, banking, SaaS, technology, digital payments, or financial services.
- Existing network with enterprise customers or corporate clients.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Experience selling to HR, Finance, Operations, or Commercial leaders.
