About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the investment product vision and driving the execution of Savings and Investment roadmaps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to deliver scalable, compliant, and intuitive investment experiences that empower our users to manage their financial future.

This role reports directly to the Head of Product and plays a key part in our mission to build inclusive financial products.

Responsibilities

• Defining and driving the investment product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy across Savings, Funds, and Investment products
• Leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable investment experiences
• Driving product discovery, experimentation, and user research to identify opportunities and improve customer engagement
• Owning key business metrics related to investment growth, adoption, and customer value
• Ensuring products comply with financial regulations and investment governance requirements
• Leading strategic partnerships and integrations with banks, asset managers, brokerage providers, and investment infrastructure platforms
• Monitoring market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics within fintech and wealth tech

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to fintech, wealthtech, or investment products
• Proven experience leading complex consumer financial products at scale
• Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, retail investing behaviors, and financial services ecosystems
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in highly regulated environments
• Strong product discovery and experimentation capabilities

Required Skills

• Experience in emerging markets or underbanked financial ecosystems
• Familiarity with Egyptian financial regulations and investment frameworks
• Experience integrating with investment or brokerage infrastructure providers
• Strong understanding of behavioral finance and consumer trust dynamics
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields is a plus
