About the role
Zyphe is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn traffic into measurable business outcomes.
This is not a campaign-execution seat. You will own the entire growth engine, from acquisition strategy to funnel optimization and conversion. You will work at the intersection of paid marketing, user behavior, and conversion strategy, continuously improving how we attract, engage, and convert users.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with growth goals.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit.
- Design and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels.
- Improve landing page performance through A/B testing and UX enhancements.
- Analyze user behavior and identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Use Microsoft Clarity and analytics platforms to uncover insights.
- Run competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and refine buyer personas for better targeting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and SEO to improve conversion.
You may be a good fit if you
- Have strong experience in conversion-driven marketing.
- Have hands-on expertise in paid acquisition and digital advertising.
- Have a proven ability to build and optimize marketing funnels.
- Have strong landing page optimization (CRO) skills.
- Can analyze user behavior and data deeply.
- Have a solid grasp of UI/UX principles for conversion.
- Have experience with Microsoft Clarity or similar.
- Have a strong experimentation mindset (A/B testing, iteration).
- Are commercially driven and highly analytical.
Strong candidates may also have experience with
- Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or session-replay tooling.
- Marketing in fintech, RegTech, or other regulated B2B verticals.
- Building landing pages in Webflow or similar visual builders.
- SEO and technical-SEO basics.
- Lifecycle and email marketing in HubSpot.
Annual salary
Competitive, commensurate with experience. Equity included.
Logistics
Location: Remote. Hybrid policy: Fully remote, with periodic on-sites for offsites and key meetings. Visa sponsorship: Not available at this time.
Education
We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
