Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Create high-converting ad creatives (copies, hooks, scripts) for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) focused on driving performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions)

• Develop relatable, scroll-stopping content tailored for Gen Z audience, especially around spirituality, lifestyle, and modern cultural narratives
• Write engaging short-form video scripts (Reels/UGC-style) with strong hooks, storytelling, and clear call-to-actions
• Continuously test multiple content angles (emotional, problem-solution, trend-based, meme-led) to identify winning creatives
• Collaborate with the performance marketing and design team to execute ad creatives quickly and efficiently
• Analyze ad performance and iterate content based on insights (hook retention, engagement, conversion metrics)
