We want a Head of Product who can think like Krishna (strategic, persuasive, always five steps ahead) but also execute like Hanuman (focused, relentless, and deeply committed to the mission). If you’ve built for scale in Indian consumer tech, know how Tier 2/3 India thinks, and can obsess over product flows while sipping your chai — we might just vibe.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the product strategy & roadmap, aligned with Vama’s spiritual vision

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from zero to one, and one to infinity

• Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and ops to ship products that are simple, intuitive, and impactful

• Use data, user research, and intuition to guide decisions

• Build and mentor a high-performing product team

• Prioritize ruthlessly — because in startups, everything is urgent, but not everything is important

What You Bring to the Aarti Thali

• 7+ years in Product Management at high-growth Indian consumer tech startups

• A portfolio of shipped, scaled products that users loved (and competitors envied)

• Deep empathy for Indian users, especially beyond the metros

• Sharp analytical skills paired with a strong product intuition

• A knack for storytelling — whether it’s a product deck or a pitch to the dev team
