Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist at VAMA App located in Gurugram. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to users of the VAMA App. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Freshdesk will be a plus
- Knowledge of religious/spiritual practices and astrology is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages (Hindi and English) is a must
