Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Manager at VAMA App in Gurugram. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer feedback, improving customer experience, and handling customer service inquiries and concerns. Will beed to provide Monthly MIS and weekly reporting. This will be a team manager role.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
• Strong analytical and team leading skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi & English
• Ability to effectively resolve customer issues
• Experience in customer service or related field
• Experience in working on Freshdesk is a plus
• Experience in the spiritual/religious industry is a big plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
