Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Recruitment Manager at VAMA App in Gurugram. The HR & Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including Recruitment, HR policies, employee relations & communication. They will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, establish and maintain HR systems, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in complete lifecycle, shotlisting, inteviewing and onboarding
• Experience in complaince, grevience handling will be a plus
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ability to create and maintain positive work relationships
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications in HR or related field are a plus
