Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products, and brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that utilize both digital and traditional channels to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
  2. Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  3. Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  4. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates, to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  6. Manage traditional marketing initiatives, including print advertisements, direct mail campaigns, events, sponsorships, and traditional media (e.g., TV, radio, print).
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to develop cohesive marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key marketing partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing initiatives and maximize resources.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in both digital and traditional marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
  4. Experience managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
  5. Familiarity with traditional marketing tactics and channels, such as print advertising, direct mail, events, and traditional media.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
  7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think outside the box.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
  11. Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and traditional marketing are desirable.
