Product Designer About the Role We are looking for a Product Designer to join an early-stage, AI-driven technology company transforming the way businesses operate through innovative software solutions. As an early team member, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive, user-centered experiences that solve complex problems while supporting business objectives. We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio, excellent visual design skills, and a passion for creating impactful digital products. What You'll Do Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements and user stories. Conduct user research and interviews to gather insights that inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Design high-fidelity interfaces following usability, accessibility, and branding best practices. Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and research findings. Partner closely with Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs. Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system. Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve product quality. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role. Strong proficiency with Figma. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product improvements. Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout. Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with front-end development concepts is a plus. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Based in the United States or Mexico.
