You: If you are part content creator, part marketing designer and experienced with social media media and growth marketing, this role is for you. You’re experiment with AI tools and always strive to come up with innovative ideas for channels and content that can capture our target users’ interst.

The gist: We’re building the next-gen all-in-one workspace, designed from the ground up for AI. We’re looking for a high-impact person to join our lean marketing team and accelerate our mission to make more users discover how Tana can give them superpowers. You’ll play a key role in shaping our GTM strategy and day-to-day marketing operations, and in doing so, will help shape the future of knowledge work.

The Role

We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to help tell Tana’s story, grow our audience, and drive user engagement across every stage of the customer journey.

You’ll be at the intersection of storytelling, product, community, and growth - helping people discover the magic of Tana and stay connected with us along the way. You’ll be both a creator and a strategist: writing content that’s insightful and fresh, orchestrating compelling lifecycle communications, and crafting social media content that actually makes people stop scrolling.

You’ll work closely with the rest of our marketing and product team to bring new features to life, amplify product launches, and create content that informs, inspires, and converts.

What you’ll do

  • Create multimedia assets - from explainer videos and product teasers to launch visuals and educational content for docs and onboarding.
  • Craft a website and landing pages that perform and convert- whether for SEO, paid campaigns, feature launches or community initiatives.
  • Write high-quality blog posts that showcase use cases, product updates, user stories, and thought leadership in the productivity and knowledge work space.
  • Run our social media channels - creating a consistent, engaging voice for Tana across platforms like Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Design and maintain our email content across the customer lifecycle - from onboarding to activation, re-engagement to retention, as well as newsletters.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure all content feels unmistakably “Tana”: highlighting our differentiators and vision.

We think you might be a great fit if you…

  • Are a great writer, first and foremost. You know how to make complex ideas sound simple and engaging.
  • Have experience running content and social for a technical or product-led startup.
  • Are comfortable creating basic video and image assets (e.g. ScreenStudio, Figma, Canva, or light editing in Adobe/Final Cut).
  • Have experience with SEO (and more recently AEO)
  • Have experience with Conversion Rate Optimization and marketing copywriting
  • Are user-obsessed and always see things through the customers eyes
  • Have a keen eye for visuals and a strong sense of brand tone and aesthetics.
  • Plus if you have experience with email automation in Intercom or other similar tools.
  • Plus if you have experience with growth experiements.
  • Are proactive, independent, and biased toward action - but thrive on feedback and collaboration.

This is a full-time position, and we are looking for candidates who can work from Oslo, or are in CET ± 3 hours and willing to regularly travel to work with the product team in Oslo.
