Role Description

Title: Growth Intern

Profile: Preferably a college student in their final year. Your field of study or degree does not matter, we welcome all backgrounds.

Duration: 6-month internship, with potential to convert to full-time based on performance.

Location: Work from Office, Bangalore (must be willing to relocate).

Responsibilities

As a Growth Intern these are your responsibilities:

Act as a generalist who is not afraid to pick up problems and tackle them end-to-end across CS and Marketing

Assist in creating customer-facing resources such as help docs, FAQs, quick-start guides.

Interact directly with customers to onboard them to the tool and provide support.

Manage end-to-end marketing levers.

Document requirements clearly for internal teams.

Track and report on key customer success metrics.

Ideate with the team on how best to solve customer problems.

Explore and leverage AI tools to automate repetitive workflows and improve efficiency.

Stay updated with the latest in AI and apply it to marketing and real customer scenarios.

Objective

Build an automated n8n workflow (14-day free trial available) that analyses up to 5 images against Facebook ad specifications using Gemini AI, outputs compliant assets with explanations, and provides recommendations for non-compliant ones.

Technical Requirements:

Workflow Setup:

• Use n8n with a trigger node for image upload (manual/Google Drive/other)
• Process images via a Gemini prompt against official Facebook Ads Image Specifications.
• Official documentation: [Facebook Ads Image Specifications]
• Display structured results showing: image/name, pass/fail evaluation with reasoning, and improvement recommendations

Prompt Requirements:

• Follow Gemini best practices (clear structure, role definition, specific input/output format)
• Reference exact FB criteria (dimensions, file size, aspect ratio, text ratio, etc.)
• Structured output for easy workflow parsing.
• You can get access to a Gemini API key by creating a Google AI studio account.

Deliverables

Submit Google Drive link containing:

• Demo Video: Record a video walkthrough of you walking us through how the tool works.
• Final Prompt: Complete prompt used in workflow
• Documentation
• Customer Adoption Plan: Detail touchpoints, onboarding content, communications strategy
• Version 2.0 Improvements: Suggest next functionalities/enhancements
