Role Description

As a Publisher Success Manager at SearchEye.io, you will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding our network of publishers. Your focus will be on nurturing existing relationships, developing innovative strategies to enhance publisher experience, and actively engaging in outreach to onboard new publishers.

Key Responsibilities:

Strengthening Publisher Relationships:

  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing publishers.
  • Understand publisher needs and expectations to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving fulfillment and product experience for publishers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall service offering.

Publisher Support:

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to publishers, addressing any issues or queries.
  • Ensure a high standard of service quality and responsiveness.

Sales and Outreach:

  • Conduct sales calls with potential publishers, showcasing the value and benefits of joining the SearchEye.io platform.
  • Lead outreach initiatives to identify and engage new publishers.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Collect feedback from publishers and work with the product development team to refine and improve the platform.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure SearchEye.io remains a competitive and attractive choice for publishers.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client success, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital advertising, ad operations, and monetization for publishers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Adept at analyzing and interpreting data to create actionable insights and improve performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the online media and publishing industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to drive business growth and improve customer experience
