SATIM is a fast-growing defence-tech company developing state-of-the-art AI software for object detection and classification on Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery. We work with defence primes, government agencies, and intelligence customers worldwide.
About the role
Hands-on Marketing Manager role owning execution across sales collateral, events, website, and social. Startup pace - priorities move fast, plans change, and you will grow your scope quickly.
What will you do
- Sales collateral: Create and maintain 1-2 pagers, white papers, decks, case studies, videos; keep a single source-of-truth library
- Events: Own end-to-end company events (booth, messaging, planning/execution, vendors, resources, giveaways, follow-up)
- Website: Keep the website up to date and continuously improve it, working with our web development agency
- Social media: Plan and execute messaging and content across our social channels (including thought leadership)
What we are looking for
- Strong B2B/B2G marketing execution: writing, editing, project management, coordination
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and founders
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to think strategically about positioning and messaging
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- 5+ years of experience as Marketing Manager or in similar role
Nice to have
- Experience in deep tech, defence and other highly technical sectors
- Experience in B2G / public sector or other sectors with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience running conference booths and event logistics
- Familiarity with Hubspot, website workflows and basic analytics
