Position Overview:

The Business Developer, will be responsible for developing and managing global sales activities and identifying and securing new business from PL, Europe and Asia Market. This role will require knowledge of the software sales and Earth Observation market. Responsibility includes taking lead in proactively identifying and tracking opportunities across the domain of responsibility as well as responding to RFI and RFPs as needed. The position reports directly to the CEO.

Primary Objectives:

  • Develop sales strategy in global markets, with a particular focus on Poland, Europe, and Asia.
  • Identify and acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Lead business negotiations and prepare offers for clients.
  • Monitor the market and analyze trends in the defence sector and satellite technology.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.
  • Represent the company at business meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Create solutions and responses to RFI and RFP.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software and/or defence and/or satellite technology sales.
  • Knowledge of the defence sector and specifics of sales in B2G and B2B markets.
  • Excellent/Fluent English in speaking and writing.
  • Ability to work in international markets and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of SAR technology
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Full proficiency in MS Office capabilities.
  • Experience in working with CRM, preferably HubSpot.

Employment Type: Full-time
