We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is data-driven, research oriented, hands-on with performance marketing, analytics, and HubSpot CRM, and eager to drive high-quality leads for Salesken.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (Primary Focus - Paid Ads & Analytics)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads to generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, ROAS, and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Develop high-intent search campaigns targeting sales leaders, revenue teams, and customer success professionals.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot, and other analytics tools.
- Implement conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and event-based tracking to measure campaign effectiveness accurately.
SEO & Website Coordination
- Work with the SEO agency to ensure on-page SEO best practices and technical optimizations are implemented.
- Conduct keyword research and content optimization to support blog posts, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Upload blogs and make key changes on Webflow CMS.
- Monitor organic performance using Google Search Console and provide insights for improvement.
Marketing Operations (HubSpot CRM & Automation)
- Manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless lead tracking, campaign attribution, and automated lead nurturing.
- Set up email automation workflows for lead engagement and follow-ups.
- Ensure lead data hygiene and collaborate with the sales team to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
- Build and optimize marketing dashboards for real-time campaign insights.
Other Marketing Initiatives
- Work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing landing pages and creatives.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for key enterprise accounts.
- Stay updated on B2B SaaS marketing trends and bring new ideas for campaign optimization.
Requirements:
β 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads)
β Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot CRM, and campaign reporting
β Familiarity with SEO basics and experience coordinating with an SEO agency
β Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably targeting mid-market and enterprise clients
β Knowledge of lead generation, A/B testing, CRO, and audience segmentation
β Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
β Ability to manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimize ad spend for revenue impact
