Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound/inbound calls and face-to-face meetings with potential clients to generate sales leads.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Salesken's products/services.
  • Collaborate with the post-sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance product/service offerings.
  • Participate in regular sales training and development programs to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent Salesken in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the software/SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Currently based in Mumbai and Delhi but will be willing to relocate to Bangalore and travel between Bangalore and my home city.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering background, or a related field (preferred) who loves to explore technology and can learn how to deploy.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
