About the Product

SalesKen, is building a revolutionary AI based assistant- to transform how sales conversations are

conducted. Our product gives you incredible insights into the last mile of customer-salesperson

Role:

This role of Founders Office – Business and Financial Operations is the vehicle that will convert

Salesken's platform strategy to financial success through frameworks and initiatives that allow

unfettered growth on a foundation of exemplary financial metrics and governance. The person would need to understand the various financial levers of Salesken's SAAS business model like the back of their hand.The profile requires multi tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes,create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management.

You will remain the ears of the CEO to the customers insights. The person will be regularly collaborating with CEO, MD, CRO, CTO, Board Members and various function heads for achieving the above objectives.

The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L

understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.

Strategy, Planning and Management :-

● Drive annual business plan preparation with business leaders and its approval with the Board.

● Constantly assess and evaluate the financial performance of an organization.

● Provide insights and recommendations for the short and long-term growth of the organization.

● Financial intelligence- be the expert on the financial metrics that drive business.

● Identify, acquire and implement systems and software to automate processes, increase efficiency and drive data-based decision making across the organization.

● Communicate, engage and interact with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to identify, review and drive initiatives.

● Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise

● Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables

● Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders.

● Business data analysis is a key part of this responsibility

● Assist the CEO with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions

● Other activities as and when assigned by the CEO

Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting :-

● Manage the financial planning and analysis department. Prepare and present weekly and monthly financial reports.

● Drive automation for all financial information to be available in real-time anywhere.

● Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software.

● Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures.

● Work with Human Resources to ensure appropriate labour compliance.

● Explore new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risks.

● Maintain outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners.

● Utilize forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to provide financial insight into the

organization's plans and operating budgets.-

● Oversee weekly cash management and AP Department,- Supervise Accounts Receivable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process skills and Qualifications

Education:

● Chartered Accountant and MBA qualification is a must.

● 2 years minimum experience as a Financial Controller in mid to large size ($3 million+ revenue) company which has raised funding rounds.

● 7+ years of total accounting or finance experience

● Outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP, IFRS reporting.-

● Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale IT projects for automation of financial processes.

● Hands On- ERP Systems Experience

● Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills

● Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues.

● Experience in managing multi-site businesses.

● Demonstrated experience in building teams and carrying out jobs at an execution level when needed

● Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.

● Ability to roll up the sleeves and get into execution if the job demands. At the same time maturity to

● extract themselves out of day-to-day activities once the team is in place.
