We are hiring a revenue-focused Head of Account Management and Sales to own the full customer lifecycle, from new logo acquisition through expansion, retention, and renewals. This is a quota-carrying role with an OTE compensation structure that rewards performance. The ideal candidate has experience in both sales and product-led growth (PLG) environments and is comfortable building and running scalable revenue processes.
Responsibilities
- Own a revenue quota across new business, expansion, retention, and renewals
- Lead and scale the account management and sales function, including processes and playbooks
- Drive new logo acquisition in partnership with Marketing and PLG teams
- Manage key accounts to ensure adoption, value realization, and long-term growth
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in HubSpot
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to optimize PLG motions and improve conversion**
Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years in Sales, Account Management, or similar revenue roles with strong quota attainment
- Proven success in both new business sales and post-sale growth and retention
- Experience in PLG or hybrid PLG and sales-led environments
- Strong analytical and operational skills, including forecasting and pipeline management
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM (required)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on**
