About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Team Lead to guide our infrastructure efforts and support a fast-moving engineering team. You will own our cloud and deployment stack, improve reliability and performance, and help build a strong DevOps culture as we scale.

What You Will Do

• Manage and improve AWS infrastructure
• Run and scale Kubernetes environments using Knative, Helm charts, and related tooling
• Maintain GitLab CI pipelines and manage GitOps deployments with ArgoCD
• Build and maintain Terraform modules for infrastructure automation
• Improve observability and incident response
• Manage SQL Server and Postgres instances
• Work closely with engineering to design simple, reliable deployment workflows

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles
• Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm charts, and GitLab
• Experience with Knative, ArgoCD, and CI/CD best practices
• Comfortable with automation, scripting, and troubleshooting in production
• Experience with SQL Server and Postgres
• Strong communication and ability to lead in a collaborative startup environment
