We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Director to acquire new customers while deepening relationships with existing accounts to expand collaboration and long-term business value. You’ll help position how Radicle serves as an innovation and IP partner—empowering companies to develop proven, precision wellness products at unprecedented speed, scale, and cost. Core customers: mid to large size companies in the food, beverage, supplement, and pet industries (B2B ingredients and B2C brands). WORKING STYLE & LOGISTICSRemote (must be willing to work Pacific hours, occasional calls aligning with European/Asian client time zones). Travel to conferences 4–6x/year (primarily US, occasionally international) and to CA 2x/year for in-person team gatherings. WHAT YOU’LL DO: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Achieve annual sales targets; monitor performance and take corrective action when necessary- Develop and retain customers; serve as primary contact ensuring high satisfaction- Build annual customer-level forecasts and projections; manage monthly forecasting- Negotiate, prepare, and execute presentations, proposals, pricing, and terms- Collaborate with Marketing, Research Operations, Tech, and Customer Success- Maintain strong understanding of category, segment, customer, and competitive landscapes- Manage CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce); travel 25–40% WHAT YOU’LL BRING: KEY QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in related field- 5+ years in B2B sales/BD/client relationship management selling: 1) clinically proven ingredients or 2) formulation/manufacturing services into: food & beverage, supplements, or pet- Fast-paced environment experience; proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management- Excellent negotiation, presentation, written/oral communication; strong in-person interpersonal skills- Ability to build/maintain long-term relationships; data-driven analytical/problem-solving approach- High proficiency in CRM (HubSpot and/or Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Suite; reporting and forecasting experience; cross-functional collaboration BONUS POINTS- Familiarity with clinical trials and clinical evidence; life science background; passion for health and wellness; high proficiency with AI tools to support sales HOW TO APPLYPlease email rebel@radiclescience.com with your resume.
