Radicle has productized rigorous proof generation and packaged it as a standardized, automated, scalable, tech-enabled offering for wellness products, ranging from dietary supplements, to functional foods and beverages.We are seeking a senior full stack developer with a passion to build and create innovative, durable, and elegant solutions. You will be involved in the development, management and deployment of our backend cloud infrastructure. Building APIs, dashboards, debugging customer issues, and solving technical and data related problems. You will play a big part in our ongoing success by ensuring our application environments are stable and our application deployments are high quality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack application features using Next.js, Elixir (Phoenix/LiveView), Python, and Postgres.- Partner closely with the CTO to define architectural direction, evaluate tradeoffs, and create scalable, maintainable system designs.- Provide hands-on technical leadership by reviewing code, mentoring junior engineers, and establishing best practices for code quality, testing, and reliability.- Drive technical decision-making and participate in planning, scoping, and system design discussions.- Translate complex requirements into performant, secure, and well-structured solutions.HOW TO APPLYPlease submit:- Resume or LinkedIn profile- Optional: 1–2 examples showing performance impact (metrics, learnings, iteration)- Portfolio – Production Shipped products
