Remote | Reports to Head of Sales | Health Tech / Wellness Innovation

About the Position

Radicle Science is seeking a high-performing Strategic Sales Executive to drive enterprise sales across the consumer health ecosystem—including CPG, supplements, food, beverage, and wellness companies. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who wants to focus exclusively on closing strategic deals—without management or operational oversight responsibilities.

You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Radicle’s footprint by introducing our Proof-as-a-Service™ platform and related offerings to key enterprise stakeholders. From AI-powered clinical trials to post-purchase health engagement and efficacy certification, you’ll help partners bring proven, precision wellness products to market—at unprecedented speed and scale.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Strategic Accounts

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across enterprise-level CPG, food, beverage, supplement, and wellness companies
  • Build and grow relationships with senior decision-makers in innovation, R&D, marketing, and corporate strategy
  • Clearly articulate the value of Radicle’s offerings, from AI-enabled clinical trials to post-purchase data platforms and efficacy certification
  • Tailor consultative solutions to align with each client’s innovation and growth strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with science, data, marketing, and partnerships teams to shape proposals and fine-tune messaging
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to help refine product offerings and GTM strategy

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a strong, disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and long deal cycles
  • Represent Radicle at key industry conferences and events to drive business development

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in CPG, supplements, health, wellness, or related sectors
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure strategic deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling in dynamic, high-growth environments
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to connect client needs with product capabilities
  • Self-starter with high ownership, accountability, and a passion for innovation in health
