The Supply Lead – New Build will own the full lifecycle of PropHero’s new-build promotions: feasibility, financial modelling, coordination with legal and technical teams, and overall project oversight. This person will be key in scaling the new-build supply vertical and ensuring operational excellence across all active promotions.

How you will shape Prophero:

  • Conduct urban, technical, and economic feasibility studies for new-build promotions.
  • Define the business plan for each promotion, including pricing, cost structure, margins, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Coordinate with the legal team on contract preparation, reservation documents, and notarial documentation.
  • Manage developer loan guarantees and maintain active relationships with financial institutions.
  • Monitor construction progress, administrative milestones, and technical documentation to ensure timeline and budget compliance.
  • Provide periodic reporting to the General Management team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and finance teams to ensure project success.
  • Implement scalable management and control methodologies to support the growth of the new-build business line.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing new-build residential promotions (preferably within developers).
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong command of financial analysis, feasibility modelling, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Project, or promotion management software.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with banks, notaries, and public administrations.
  • Highly analytical, structured, problem-solving mindset with strong results orientation.
  • Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
