How will you contribute to PropHero?
Your main mission is to support our finance and accounting operations, working together with our Head of Finance and Controlling & Audit Manager to ensure that our administrative, financial and accounting records are accurate. You will also be essential to escalate a Finance department in an international, fast-growing environment.
Your success in this mission will be stellar if you succeed in the following:
- Support invoicing and accounting processes according to company policies, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Assist with investor reporting and monthly closings, key to drive the company’s strategy.
- Participate in the automation and improvement of our business ERP (Microsoft Business Central), enhancing our ability to scale.
- Contribute to Tax presentation, including managing banking relationships.
- Controlling of Balance Sheet accounts, deep diving on variances, reconciliations, and root cause analysis to ensure accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights.
- Prepare financial reports, including gross margin analysis, CAC, LTV and more KPIs used in the start-up environment.

- Education - Degree in : Finance and accounting, Business, Data Analytics… A master's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – we’re a close-knit team, and collaboration is key.

- Analytical mindset with strong technical abilities to tackle complex financial problems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; SQL or other programming skills would be a plus.
