How you will shape Prophero:

  • Design and deliver impactful internal tools that drive operational excellence and B2B partner efficiency.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for backoffice platforms—from ideation to rollout—ensuring scalability and automation.
  • Bridge business needs and engineering execution by transforming workflows into clear product requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Investor Relations, Finance, Supply) and external partners to streamline operations.

What you will bring to our team:

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager, with a focus on internal tools (e.g. CRM, support, logistics, finance platforms).
  • Proven success delivering scalable tools for both internal teams and B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational ability and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp product sense and user-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
  • Experience with admin platforms, CRM systems, workflow automation, and basic database structures is a plus.
