How you will shape Prophero:

  • Ensure seamless integration of various data sources and systems, such as CRM (HubSpot), backoffice (Airtable), marketing automation, and ERP systems (Dynamics).
  • Maintain data cleanliness and accuracy across platforms.
  • Implement and optimize automated API workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Manage and configure RevOps tools and software, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with RevOps systems and integrations.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data infrastructure supports RevOps initiatives.
  • Design and implement technical solutions to support revenue operations, such as custom integrations or new software deployments.
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all technical implementations.
  • Provide technical expertise during strategic planning sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for RevOps tools and processes.
  • Monitor the performance of revenue operations systems.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Familiarity with API management tools and platforms (e.g., Postman, Pipedream, Swagger, Apigee).
  • Proficiency in data integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • 5+ years of experience in a RevOps, SalesOps, or related technical role.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing complex integration projects.
  • Experience leading projects from conception to implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, IT, and customer success.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with sales and revenue analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Grafana, Metabase).
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining API integrations.
  • Tools: HubSpot, Airtable, APIs management tools
  • Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
