How will you contribute to PropHero?

Your mission will be to ensure the smooth and accurate financial operations of PropHero. By managing various accounting entries, handling invoices for both income and expenses, and performing bank reconciliations, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health.

Your success in this mission will be stellar if you develop the following roles and contributions:

• Manage all types of accounting entries.
• Handle invoice accounting (income and expenses).
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Generate remittance files.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate transaction recording.
• Assist in audits and the implementation of internal controls.

What will make you succeed with us?

• At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Experience with accounting software such as Dynosoft.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proactivity and Autonomy: PropHero operates in a changing ecosystem, which implies being able to adapt easily, being agile in reactions, and having a positive and proactive attitude. Be a multi-tasker and know how and when to prioritize efficiently.
• Excellent and strong attention to detail. High Organizative & Reporting skills.
• High level of English. PropHero communicates and operates in English.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to communicate correctly with the team, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders in order to develop and maintain relationships.
• Optimism and excitement for your work, a love for the next big challenge, and a passion for business impact as there will be plenty of opportunities in the path to achieve new challenges and have new learnings.
• Ambitious. Willing to grow personally and professionally in a very fast-paced and demanding organization.
• Hands-on experience and willing to scale up the business.
